Return Policy
Salad items are non-returnable due to safety and health regulations and its perishable nature. Once the Salads has been delivered, opened, or consumed, it usually can’t be returned
Refunds Due to Quality Issues
- Damaged or Spoiled Products: If the Salads arrive spoiled, damaged, the customer is typically entitled to a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: If the wrong Salads are delivered or there’s a mistake in the order (e.g., wrong preparation), the company may offer a refund or replacement.
- Health and Safety Concerns: If Salads that are delivered are found to be unsafe or improperly handled, customers can usually request a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
- Proof of Purchase: Customers may need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a refund.
- Time Limit: Refunds are usually available within a limited timeframe (24 hours) from the delivery of the Salads.
- Refund Method: Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or in the form of store credit.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Opened Food: Once a Salad box is opened/ consumed, food items are not refundable for hygiene reasons, unless there is a defect.
- Change of Mind: Generally, refunds are not offered if a customer simply changes their mind after purchasing food unless specified by the store policy.
